Return Your Order

If the order is within 30 days, it gets automatically approved and you can send the goods back to us, or contact us to arrange a collection. If its beyond 30 days, for warranty replacements or you're having difficulties contact us at: sales@downlightsdirect.co.uk or Tel: 01706 521188.
All goods must be returned in 100% resalable condition and within 30 days. Resalable condition includes no markings on the wires or terminals and no damage to the packaging.
Cancellations
To cancel your order please contact us immediately as we process and ship most orders immediately, we're fast! Call us on: 01706 521188.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods. Refunds of delivery costs will not be issued unless the products are defective.
Shortages & Damaged Goods
Shortages and damaged goods must be notified within 48 hours preferably by email to sales@downlightsdirect.co.uk or Tel: 01706 521188.
Extended Warranty Claims
After the first 12 months, extended warranty returns are handled directly with some of the manufacturers. Each product contains a registration form that should be completed and returned to the manufacturer.
Some commercial products now come with a 2, 3 or 4 year on site warranty which you should register at your earliest opportunity.
